Worried about this paint effect.

Hi all. Sprayed my colour and then put about 2 cans of acrylic top coat clear.
For the first 2 weeks of curing everything looked good but have noticed this strange kind of effect in the clear before I begin wet sanding. Was just wondering If anyone had seen this before.

I'm no expert. But, did you fill the grain first? Also that weird ripple effect is called orange peel. I'm not sure how you fix it, but a quick google should be able to help you out.

is the paint soft when you stick your finger nail in it ?

What did you seal the wood with before you put the red down ?

I reckon the coats are too thick. It’s skinned over and not letting the paint beneath cure properly.
