    Finally had a moment to change the spit roaster rack over to this build from doing the Strat. Super pumped to now be able to get the whole body done at once rather than each side at a time. Still in the slow Tru oil zone. Up to 2000 grit now, so a few more coats, another level and then will start cutting the TO with gum turps to get them shiney shiney coats happening

    It's probably also time to reveal this headstock situation. Was going to wait for the finale, but ah what the heck. Have got a good coverage on the neck and fretboard, just in the process of burying the decal. Then will give it some gloss coats as per the body when it's time. Lots of nice natural chatoyance in this headstock too. From the photos there looks to be a dent at the end of the lower part, but that is just the grain making an illusion.
