No, Tru Oiled neck & fretboard is easy to do plus looks and feels great.

Tru oil is awesome... why have I not discovered this sooner !
Really happy with how my build is coming together.
I had to fix up an error I made with bridge position to get it to intonate nicley, and last night I worked on the nut slots.

Be ye warned, Tru Oil will yellow over time and can effect the final colour!
Warning noted ..
I'm not worried about this one yellowing up. It's just the neck (which is a bit pale at present, anyway).
Might help help give it a bit more character.
Sure feels nice though !
