Just maybe.... Repinked the sides and need to redo the burst. It will still look a little faded but not too bad.

When I looked at the previous pic doing a pink burst was what jumped straight to my mind

    Oh wow. That looks crazy!

I wasn't completely convinced on this guitar, but I reckon you have pulled it off.

    I want a blue/purple version.

Thanks man. Yeah. I wasn't sure about it either... But the more I looked at them, the more I wanted that look! Spray adhesive beats PVA hands down!

I've gone overboard with the gold gear, but what the heck. Yolo!

Blue, purple or sea green and jade. I could almost just make a whole color range.

I managed to salvage the Nitro faded disaster-caster, and we're two gloss coats in at present.

Next decision is whether to pattern the headstock or keep it plain and simple. I'm favoring simple, but that can change in a moment!

Thanks Andy. I'm getting happy about this build again. It was starting to get me down a bit. Amazing the difference a few good build days can make.

Thanks Frank. Yeah I had it much more Barbie pink to start with, but by coincidence, the Paisley was much darker and was a good color match for the Magenta acrylic I had. In retrospect I would make the sides blend better with the background of the pattern, not the pattern itself.... But then... It would have been a Grey Paisley instead of pink. Considered Grey scaled over white at one point.
