Review of Chrome Metal Pickup Mounting Ring For Fender Telecaster Electric Guitar

Another one of my indulgences seeking a better look.

On my Swampy Tele build I was lucky to score a body with a slim neck PUP rout that allowed me to use one of these Pickup Mounting Rings to show off more of the top rather than bury it under a traditional scratch plate.

This eBay seller also has a fix for the Humbucker sized rout too....

For anyone wanting to show off more of the top than a traditional scratch plate then one of these might be what you are looking for.

Waz, I converted an old Westone Spectrum ST into a Telecaster fit out with humbucker conversion plates like these, though I sanded and painted mine to match the body colour - once again, they work a treat!

    (...since been re-painted flat black...)
