last clear coats on this morning, this is straight off the gun, no polishing yet

she spoke for the first time today . Still more polishing, some little details and intonation/ better strings. But it passed all tests.

Some more pics.
The back was an experiment to see if I could blend in an image that was printed on clear vinyl. It kinda works but takes umpteen coats of clear to get level

The image came out really well and pretty clear... though for me I'd prefer to see more contrast against the background...

I've thought about doing a top that way Fretty, I could do my art work to accommodate the hardware and possibly seem to interact. I have thousands of ideas , most of them bad, the sorting process is endless LOL. BTW, the guitar plays great, I love the size and shape. I think my Jnr may have contender for fav.
