Thanks cork..I gave up playing the guitar around 16 and only took it up again last year.
Therefore it shouldn't take you long to get up to speed.

    cheers, Mark.

    Cheers, Mark.
Nice work King Casey, nice and twangy, love the dancing shoes on the background too!

Hand crafting guitars, because Death Rays are expensive.

Well time has certainly passed and I have done some slight modification.
Wasn't happy with the bridge location. I was within intonation, but set too far forwards which meant a severe angle for the low E string.
Decided to relocate the bridge 5mm further back.
Upgraded the potentiometers and installed an orange drop capacitor that was laying around.
Relocated the volume and tone, and installed the 'Gibson' style pickup selector.
edit: Oh, and made a different scratch-plate.

Oh yeah. Furthermore, I added an 'asymetric' neck plate, and 'Grant neverwas' transitional neck mod.

For your first build that is awesome. You must be chuffed as punch with that.

Thanks. I was blessed with a fairly 'issue-free' run with this.
I did have some problems with the string-through holes.
Since I played it through a 'proper' guitar amp recently, it's back in 'go to' status.

    cheers, Mark.
