    Hi Reg,
welcome to the forum. Which coat is not curing - stain, intensifying or final coat ? Where are you located ?
How long have you allowed curing between coats ?
If temperatures have been low and/or humidity high you may have not allowed enough curing time and coats underneath may not have fully cured

Yep, we need more info. Was the DT in plastic bottles or metallic? I suspect that Wokks is right.

Lately in Brissy which has been hot and humid, I've needed about a week for fully curing base coats, but only 3 - 4 days per final coats (DT MKII)

Could well be temperature/humidity related - I would put a fan on low and keep air moving over it to carry the solvent gases away.

The other option is that the product has some how gone 'off'. 4 weeks is a long time for no appreciable drying.
