    New Kits #3

This is another new kit we have received.

I saw this, from another supplier, and thought "wow! that looks so cool, I wouldn't mind one of these"

Loosely inspired by a PRS body, with a flame maple veneer and cream binding.

Mahogany body and neck plus Gold or Chrome hardware.

Also note the Tony Iommi inspired inlays on the fretboard. Might be a bit much for some, but.... "build it and they will come".
    Cheers,

    Adam

I'm with Simon on this one. Call me vanilla but I think if you ditched the f holes altogether it would be a big improvement. I'm a huge fan of the body & head stock shape, not so much the inlays.

Oh, that's a great shape! I don't mind the F-holes but the inlays are a little cheesy, eh!

For me, the F-holes are just all out of proportion to the size of the body. They are the same size and shape as the ones as on the ES-2V which I also think are too big. Also, they lack the more shapely curving of the F-holes on the ES-1 kits.

Obviously, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I do think these would be more sell-able with redesigned F-holes and a plainer neck inlay option.
