here is 2 teles i finished 1st clear coats 1st is Rit orange dye, 2nd is Rit yellow dye it may not stay like it is a burst may be the way to go on it, haven't decided yet or colour ill use if i do both have had 6 coats each and ill sand with 600g and another 6 coats both are pretty flat so should polish up a treat

hey guys here is the latest its Rit Yellow and burst is black japan i have sanded the yellow 3 times to bring out the flame, its only had 2 blocks of 6 coats of clear lacquer ready for a wet & dry sand with 800 grit

this is my last for a bit taking a bit of a break and finish them after i had a break been going nearly none stop for 2 years and over 50 builds and im a bit burnt out, have got my self a wooden ship to build, just noticed this thread has over 25,000 views lol ill still be reading the forums but as always i wont post much unless i see some one in the wars with their painting

finally finished my les paul only taken me 2 years yellow rit dye, stain old Nordic, hs 2k clear

hi guys been buzy i got 3 kits on the go, have STA-1M which i finished yesterday used my last wilkinson bridge, a ST-1m with black hardware and a TL-1 with crome hardware which i got for xmas from my kids

here is the STA-1M finished it yesterday and set it up today has come up really nice pic's don’t do it justice its done in candy apple red pearl I spent hours and hours getting it flat pretty pleased with it

hey buddy how are you, I gave up counting after 60 have got rid of a few the missus put her foot down with guitars everywhere I'm doing 7 atm, 2 Tele's 1 I've done in a red mica pearl I got in a dry powder to test out its a strange colour the other a boring yellow quilt maple, a couple I'm doing for a guy I met and a couple of hollow bodys and an sd I got from PB painted it all up cut and polished putting it together and the bridge was drilled from the factory a 1/4" out so had to dowel it and redrill and had to strip back and do it again which was very annoying.

G'day Phrozin, yeah know what you mean about the missus, mine is the same and my collection is much smaller than yours.
Got a semi scratch idea that has been on the back burner for quite a while but plenty of jobs around the house to do before I would have any spare time to get back onto guitar building.
Good to see more of your exquisite work.
