Bourns are good. I went with the CTS minis. Either way you may have to enlarge the hole, and you'll need 24 spline (aka fine spline, aka USA) knobs.
Alphas get no love here but they'll fit the hole and the stock knobs will fit ;-) The construction is the same. If it were me I'd get a handful of Alphas. You can test for impedence and scratchiness. If they spec and sound good they should be as durable as anything else.
