I wanted a set of those lovely Grover tuners in black for my LP-1S. Of course you can only get them with a new kit, so now there is a TLA-1 in my build queue.
It's quite a chunky thing. I think some shaping will be required.
Opted for a rosewood neck and glad I did, it's a nice bit of wood.
Don't have any plans yet. I have some Bondi Blue and Black Stump left over from my other builds, I was going to do a blue burst - but after seeing all the fine examples in the recent GoTM, I'm a bit disheartened. I'll wait and see what DB is cooking up with the next iteration of Dingotone I think.
