    Beer label axes

    managed to get some pics of the 4 beer label axes we been building. it's been a fun project, we also built a BLA clock.
    Been a while since I posted any updates,
    Off to visit DB tomoz arvo so that should be fun and we will try and find something that will get DB a sentence in the naughty warehouse !

    PS Ads I must get browny points for the last photo slipped in a PBG sticker on the side !

    The Flying V is Popeye's build, the bridge posts were drilled too close together so he's plugged the holes and will re-drill and should have that making noise soon.

    I also made a beer label clock that sits above the bar, this was a pine body star shaped axe I started about 3 years ago.
    Made the half neck out of a piece of jarrah

    Looks nice, I used to make things out of wood when I was a little kid, for some reason it always made me feel good, I must get back into it.


    Jarrah is a nice wood, it's also an indigenous Australian species too, I wonder what a Stratocaster guitar made entirely out of Jarrah would sound like?

    i think jarrah would make a great guitar but it would be very heavy, chambered might work though
