    MK-2 mosrite bridge pickup

The MK-2 has a strat type of singlecoil pickup, which is a far cry from the mosrite p90 or the humbucker that johnny ramone added.
Anyone changed it to anything else? Experiences modifying the scratch plate to install a larger pickup?

Gavin is building an MK2 at the moment with p90s. Check it out here http://www.buildyourownguitar.com.au...ead.php?t=3593

A little wood needed to be removed to fit the new pickups, but nothing drastic. I can cut you a new pickguard with any pickup combination you like.
