My amp is a Laney LC30 running nil effects, just a clean sound comparison of the guitars, so as to showcase the guitars, not any fancy effects.

My mate JimC has a Fender JV Paisley Tele, that he picked up really cheap at the time (sometime in the 80s) as no-one wanted a pink paisley Tele and it had been in the shop quite a while. It is a very nice Tele, but a look that very few people could love.
It sounds like the high E is buzzing on the Teletone.
