My IB4 bass - I started this build about 2 months ago - the stain/dye is Liberron peacock Blue and I did the fretboard in Liberron Victorian mahogany - all the hardware is standard and new CTS pots and switchcraft jack is ordered. I didnt want to spend all that time and effort and look at the nasty Chinese pots. But thats part of the fun. The bass sounds amazing - I have a 32 year old jazz bass which doesnt sound as good. Plays nicely, easy action and looks great.

Looks very cool. I’d be happy with that.

But more importantly, what’s that art in the background?!! I can’t work out if it’s Sam Keith, or Vaughan Bode, or something entirely different…
