Wiring is done and passed the tap test. Knobs are placeholders as these don't fit CTS pots, but I have ordered the correct ones.

3 way switch and volume (1st knob) for P90s. The rail has its own volume (2nd knob) and switch for coil split. 3rd knob is master tone control. Should be blending heaven needed to wire the volume pots like a jazz bass to achieve fully independent control.

That TRC shape is a lot easier on my eye. Nice one.

Not long now before it's all screwed together and strung up.

Interesting pickup configuration. I didn't know you were going with P-90's.

I like the new truss rod cover better than V1.0!

Yep, I agree a blend of my previous version with a little more flying V inspo.

Will do the fret level and crowning and nut fitting thru the week and we should have lift off by the weekend. If those knobs arrive in time.

I don't think I kept that a secret. Love me some P90 goodness. Keen to hear how they blend with the rail.

Yeah, I'm sure. I was probably absent that day!

I'll be interested about mixing with the rail. Did you have any detailed specs for the pickups to match them, or is it the ol' "spaghetti" test?

Most definitely spaghetti here, but the way I wired them I should get the most out of all combinations. Rail height will be a big factor on the sound blend too. I'll get the P90s levelled first, then the rail will be to taste after that.

I expect they will have pretty similar outputs. P90s generally kick out a lot of signal, especially if positioned quite close to the strings.

Frets are all levelled, crowned and polished. Ebony board is lemon oiled and looking schmick.
Thank you so much @DarkMark for the clear coat suggestion on the TRC. It is now pretty much perfectly matching the pickguard. You, Sir are a Boss
