Thank you Ross! I'll do a brief demo sometime, it does not have the tone of my Blackstar

Here's a short bit of noise from it to prove it works:

    Apologies for the playing

As the speakers are facing opposite directions, I just wonder if you might get a better sound by swapping the polarity of one of them (assuming you checked and wired them up the same in the first place)? It may make no difference, but there's a chance you might get a slightly fuller sound.

Good idea! I’ll try that. Currently they are in phase. I have a dodgy connection on the front one just appeared so I’ll change it when I pull it out

Well the guitar has found a use - it was super useful to record a demo to send to a friend in lockdown, straight into an amp with the on board drum machine running.
I think I'll use this loads to write songs (of questionable quality, I'm sure), it is great to be able to pick it up and not have to plug anything else in to play, wish I'd done it years ago when I first had the idea

Yep, I've found my bitsa job really useful as a song-writing tool. Quick and easy, and portable.

Yes, agreed. As I said, wish I’d done it years ago.

And all done in three diary pages. Looks like a fun instrument.
