    Routing a battery box

I think my EX-1L kit will be arriving later this month or early next - just wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on adding a battery box?

Don't think I'll be able to squeeze a battery in to the existing control cavity by the looks of it.

I did this in my ExA-1, I mounted it below the control cavity on the bottom side of the guitar lower bout.
Will take some pics later and post.
Its easy enough to do, just need a good template, a Long pattern touted bit and some care and patience.
Hog out first, get as much wood out of the way as you can with Forster bits or Brad point drills.
get as close to the line of template, then use the router to tidy the cavity.
