They have a good range of products, and reviews of their stuff are generally quite positive.
I had bought stuff from them years ago when the AUD/USD were at or near parity (and no GST), however shipping charges and current exchange rate (+GST) makes it cost prohibitive IMO.

I've been eyeballin' some parts from them for upgrades on my Chibson Les Paul. Seems like a decent place, but I can see where shipping to Oz might not be the most economical path. I guess that depends on the size and value of your order.

I think it depends a little on what you get from them, but my experience has been good. They are great answering questions. I have a set of "modern vintage" Lil'Punchers (blade humbuckers for Tele routs), which I am REALLY happy with.
I have heard reviews that the bodies and necks have marginal quality and that they don't always get the right thing on the box (something to consider if you have to pay AUS shipping charges).
You might be able to do what I did with Adam, which is to ask him to open the box and take a look at what he was sending me to make sure it was at least looked right. Given how good they've been about answering things by email, I'd see if I could get them to do the same for me before shipping.
Their pups are made in Korea...which also makes me wonder if there might be an outlet where you can get them without them going to the US first...
