With a bit more practice you should be able to make your own wiring harnesses using aftermarket parts. You can get them much neater and it makes them so much easier to fit. Using heatshrink insulation also makes it near-impossible to get any accidental shorts when installing the harness.
Here's my ES-1 harness that I made a couple of months ago. Hopefully you can see what I mean about running the wiring around the F-hole so it’s not on show.
It won't make it sound better, but it will be more reliable in the long term, which is important in a semi- or hollow-bodied guitar where access to the electronics is difficult.
