Wrong hardware with kit.

He guys. I just got my third pitbull kit.
It’s a Ib5 bass guitar.
Problem is the kit came with the wrong neck plate, the wrong back plate, and Only has 3 tone and volume pots when it is supposed to have 4.

How do I contact pitbull about this. I can not find their contact details any where on their Webb page
