Our Friends at SixStringSupplies, in the UK, have sent us some samples of their Custom Spec'd CTS Pots; designed in conjunction with CTS, featuring brass shaft, brass bushing, carbon track, bakelite wiper, easy solder cover and a specifically chosen taper ensuring a nice, consistent and usable volume/tone sweep.

2 x 250k solid shaft for Tele
3 x 250k split shaft for Strat

I can do the tele set Adam if you don't already have a taker. This looks like fun and I have a PBG thinline begging me to build it, I've got teles with some other CTS pots, one with Gotoh pots and I slap some PBG stock ones in any of my teles as a comparison.

Hi Adam, after reading this thread I got on their website and bought pots, switch, wire and capacitor to upgrade to the 7 tone strat setup wiring diagram on their website.
