Is keep 1 alligator an instruction? Surely there's a H&S risk right there?
Plus once you get above two people, you always need at least the same number of alligators as the number of people present. If it's a relatively crowded public area, you'll quickly run out of alligators. Though the number of people may also decrease quite quickly, alleviating the issue.
They have an excess of Burmese Pythons though don't they? If they slice the snakes into standard lengths that would kill two problems at once...
