    How about a PSH-2?

For a ‘new kit idea’ what about a cleaned-up version of the PSH-1? Like with nicer (narrower) F-hole design, maybe mahogany body standard, and cleaned up inside the cavity to make the top More uniformly thin, instead of just where the switches are?

I agree with the smaller f hole. The thinner top is actually a little more tricky. Generally thinline guitars are only thinner around the f-hole and the controls. They are kept thicker in other areas to maintain strength.

But I agree it would have been nice if it was easier to add additional controls. Perhaps a compromise would be adding a rear control cavity access panel? Maybe the shape of a Les Paul or SG? Then people can route out the areas they want if they need to.

Or just have a version of the PSH with additional controls from the start? VVT maybe?
