Sweet were a joke band right? Wrong. They rocked hard like a mash up of The Who and Zeppelin, with dashes of Floyd and Yes like vocals. The early singles were bubblegum fare, but the later albums, especially Desolation Boulevard and Level Headed were awesome. Steve was a solid bassist and possibly the best singer in the band. Andy is the only one left now.......
