The fretboard on my sg jr is lovely and smooth but on the 12 and 13 frets are some scratch marks which don't look nice.
What can I do about it?

I have a 7mm piece of plywood which I have cut out a 12" radius along one edge. I then put double sided tape along the radius and then cut a strip of 240 grit, starting there, I then sand up the grades to about 1200 grit in between the frets.

Thanks, do you have a photo?
Do you have a photo of the scratches?
Simon asks a good question...
If they're deep, sanding might not be the best solution. Taking down the fretboard too far on two frets presents its own set of problems.
Filling may be a better option.

I have signed up for tapatalk so I can post photos but I can't find the forum on there.
I'm probably being thick, and the hangover isn't helping!!
Not that it's a different website address to PB guitars.
So how do I find it on tapatalk?
I also tried logging in to the forum on my mobile but for some reason it doesn't like my name or password. Strange.
On the Tapatalk main page, click the big Add New button, then search for build your own guitar
