    Pretty sure Deadman - the guy that created the custom kit did a diary once.

    Are you referring to Dedmans guitar or the Fender Mustang style kit. I knew the DM1S was a Dedman inspired product. But OP is talking about the DMS1 which is this one:

    Trouble is PitBull often put the hyphens and numbers in different places/order in the descriptions as well, so you get used to accepting variations.

    I am seriously considering one for my next build. It's between that and a short-scale bass. It will definitely get a build diary if I go down that path. Unfortunately, I am leaning a bit more towards the bass at the moment.
    Mantra: No more pedals, must finish BlueyCaster...
    Disclaimer: I haven't done woodwork since high school, and wasn't really paying attention at the time ...
