Hi , back after a bit of a break. Have a few scratch builds done.
We all love pics more than stories so here are a few:
Neck through, blackwood, white ash and figured maple.
Schaller Signum bridge, Gotoh 510 18:1 tuners, Mick Brierley humbuckers, CTS, orange drop, switchcraft bits...
Not sure why the pic orientation is wrong...

Stingybark saved from Black Saturday
Blackwood and ash back weight relieved, blackwood and black veneer between stringybark pieces

These are gorgeous! How are you finding the stringy bark to work with? I used it for the body on mine and while I love the result - never again will I do a full solid body with it.
