Imperial or Metric Bee? You can get little sand paper heads for the Dremels that might assist with what you are doing. Might be better to sand out than cut/rout?

Neck is sanded to 400, I need to ask........Do I use TO on the fret board (maple)? I do have a Dingo Tone neck kit but am worried its out of date, had it since I did my Tele Should I do the neck and fret board with that?
Did the timbermate and initial sanding on the body. GLUE GLUE and more GLUE! Will go to the shed of despair tomorrow for some gunk off. The stripe down the middle worries me most, the rest of the front glue I could hide with a narrow burst.If I cant get it off with Gunk Off I'll have to slice it and fill with timbermate and have a black line which is preferable to white.
more glue but the back is getting painted solid black so this doesn't matter. I'm sure these guys must have glue fights when the boss isn't lookin

pity about all the glue Dedman. Sure you will work around the white line on the top. Looks like some nice flame on the veneer at least.
I've never used TO on the fretboard, think it wouldn't be very slippery to play, so I'd use some kind of lemon/orange oil or Dingowax
