yeah ok, you can do more damage than good leaving your bodies/necks to hang in a hot shed. I'd hang them maybe under a covered area outside the house.
My 4D buddy Wayne left a neck in a hot shed for months and it warped to an unusable shape

good move Andrew, if ambient is 40 degrees then a shed could be 60-70 degrees which would probably peel or bubble up the clear coats

Yeah I'm really reluctant to step inside that box at the moment. Instant soaking.

Help! I've placed the bridge, both the pbg unit and the after market one, both have the same string spacing, on the guitar, ran strings up to the nut but it seems like the strings are sitting a little to close to the edge of the treble side of the neck. I've got no wriggle room in the neck pocket and the pups, new gfs units with larger bases, are touching the side of the pup cavity. Should I dremel out a bit of the cavity to move it over?

On further inspection, the strings pass the 21st fret within the board but fan out up at the nut so there is only a mm or so before the two e strings hit the angles bevel of the fret ends.

can you please post a photo Andrew ? Is the neck narrower a non PBG neck ? Or is it a nut that has the slots too wide ?
Wondering why the strings taper compared to the fingerboard. Photo's should help us understand
