Start on the neck, Tassie Blackwood with quilted NSW Blackbutt headstock.
As I have said DB you should do a kit of this in bass and guitar. Love it

The body shape still has the 'essence' of the BB1200. Subtle, noice.
I was worried at first, but it's coming along nicely.

The tweaks I made to the lower horn were done so I could get my Gorilla hand to the high notes..
Also shaved a bit off the lower bout to balance the shape a bit. Although I love the BB I always felt the body was a tad bum heavy
It will remain to be seen if the multiscale thing will work with this beastie, but I am confident it will work.
I dont think I have enjoyed a build as much as this one for a long time!
