    Binding clean.... Rubbed some steel wool on the neck to give it a clean up, before the final coat, and will hopefully do the same to the body over the weekend, plus put the final coat on.

    looks excellent DB awesome job,can you please do us a favour and post the body width in this thread ? A new member Pete was asking the width of the body. Cheers in advance ! I guessed 90-100mm but looking at it could be more 80-90mm wide

    Hey guys, long time no posting. Not much has happened with this - life has gotten in the way, and haven't had time to scratch my arse, but in a way it's been a blessing, as the colour has been able to mature a bit more, and I've got an awesome shade of red. I've got some of the Tru-Oil.
    Will that give it a bit of a glossy finish?

    Also, got the decal on the headstock

    Should I sand/steel wool it after each coat, or let it cure a bit?

    The red looks great DB, most finishes benefit from some curing before sanding, cool build
