It DID!!! Reckon DB had been hitting the hard stuff a little too hard that day???

    And yes, a colourless headstock!

    I've got:

    1. Alex's LP-1 in Dark Tease
    2. Eliot's IB-7 in Cherry Flamenco(?)
    3. Eliot's PBG-2 in Carmine Gypsy (?)
    4. Gav's JB-4 in Carmine Gypsy
    5. Robin's TL-1TH in Tru Oil
    6. Rob's SV-1 in White

    Have I missed anybody?

Slight correction, Adam- the IB-7 is in Hot Auburn.

Congratulations Highace10 (Alexander). Mark Deutrom chose your LP-1 in Dark Tease as this month's Guitar of the Month.

Here's Mark's comments on the top three:

"I'm picking Alex's LP as my favorite.
This is a really unique color and nicely finished.
The grain stands out with a perfect amount of presence.
If Les Paul Studios had this quality of finish when
they came out, I would have bought one.
This guitar looks unfussy and has a classic, but unique look.

My second choice was Wokka's PBH-4. The finish on this
is beautiful and reminds me of a vintage classical guitar.
Looks like some time was spent to get the finish as nice as this.

Eliot's IB-7 is my third choice. The reddish stain in combination with
the black hardware is a cool combination that you don't see often.
The satin finish is also a good choice to set off the black accents.

Congratulations to all the participants on what was obviously a
lot of work, and a labor of love. If mine looks half as good, I'll be happy."

Thanks everyone for another great comp! Ok... now for August!
    Cheers,

    Adam

    Well done Alex!
Beautifully finished axe, a deserving winner!

Also a big well done to Woks, this one is your master piece. I will be around soon to claim it
Bassguy, that is one sexy axe.

There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....
