Still no real confidence in the delivery company, TOLL IPEC, they have outright lied to me and Hare and Forbes since Wednesday. they claimed to have left messages for me and that I hadnt returned their call, then they claimed they didnt have any contact details for me and that was why they hadn't called. so here's my official verdict on them...

Toll Ipec - you suck! i have more faith in Julia Gillard being honest than your staff that I dealt with!

Hi guys, next weekend is better. Wife is coming back sometime tomorrow afternoon from her walk in the wilds and I have to collect her. At this point I don't know what time she will be arriving so hard to plan. Happy to aim for 3pm next Sunday?

Allrighty then... Time to get back on track

    Template time!

First up, I cut the shape out of a 8mm ply sheet then dress it up on the bobbin sander.
Then I soak the edges with thin super glue to get them nice and hard and durable, after this I clean the profile up with my trusty Razor files and sand paper. (all of this was done whilst being supervised by the work shop quality control officer, who decided it was all too boring and needed a nanna nap)

The next step will be to cut out the pup rout holes.... once I have decided what I am going to load this baby with... 'Buckers or singles...Hmmmmm..

Then I made a new Neck profile template, this time I have added the length for a Baritone as well.

You can see that I have modified a two way truss rod for the Bari neck.
As Bari's are between a Guitar and Bass scale, neither truss rod size fits, so I just had to mod a Bass truss to suit.

The last pic is a close up showing both Bass and Baritone neck lengths.

There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....
