    cheers for the explanation Waz, it's one of the few kits I haven't built. Think it's the angle of the photo that makes the pups and string offsets look off centre

    Hi Woks, it looks weird in the PBG shop shots too? I reckon they have used a 5 string body which is the same size as EX-1 (just with different PUP & neck pocket routs plus controls drilled in a slightly different spot) and used the same starting point on the low E side of the neck pocket as things look too far south on the high E side by about 5mm or so. The Fiver doesn't come with bridge holes drilled so that could have been easily done at the factory and in the shop photo that part of the setup looks a bit more centred than the neck pocket. The 3 control knobs are in the same plane as on the Fiver too.
