So the only issue would be overspray from the cans, particularly if doing the job in a draft or breezy spot. Mind you, if in an enclosed area like a garage it may also just linger in a fine misty cloud before settling on stuff it shouldn't?

Suppose you got past the orange peel spray patterns with the primer coats and had your technique down pat for the coloured coats as it looks really smooth and flat.

May have to consider spray cans on a future build to get the job done months sooner than using DT or TO.

The sprays scare me a bit. I feel I have more control (albeit slower) with TO or DT.

Mind you the TO only tool me so long because I had to build up enough coats to smooth out the ripples in the spalted cap.

....My tele has taken 7 months so far....It will be eight by the time i will be finished....yes...DT

BTW I went back to the big green shed and traded my White Knight Acrylic with the Dulux Duramax gloss finish...its acrylic too

Looking great Andy. Nothing better than a black 335 (or black anything really!). I've got one planned myself if I can just finish my current projects.

    cheers,
    Gav.
