JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck
Completed builds
scratch oak.rose gum Jazzmaster - assembled needs setup
MK-2 Mosrite - assembled - play in
Ash tele with Baritone neck - neck pup wiring tweaks and play in
First coat of Burning Sun Base coat. Once this is dry, the bursting will commence.

First ever sunburst attempt. I did it on the back so that if it was truly ghastly it wouldn't be seen...
However it's turning out nicely, not as forceful as I had anticipated but more of a vintage violin look. Which given the instrument is appropriate...
Pest was chasing a colour combination a while back for a violin look- I think I may have found it.

And we're done.
It's not the "true" two-tone sunburst that I had originally envisaged, but I have grown to prefer the antique violin look that we have now.

Gorgeous BG. That flame maple is just amazing, and your subtle burst just enhances it. Great job on the back too!
