    thanks Gav, wish I could bash them out as fast as you!

    Will be hiding the redrilled holes under some inset washers and the bridge posts will sit on top, will just look like slightly bigger bases

    Ok , open question to the floor...
    My binding seems to have a bunch of vertical cracks in it, and they must be deep because they don't scrape away.
    The give the thing a bit of an antique feel, and it's not too bad, but it would be nice to see if I could get rid of them.
    I was thinking that I could use acetone on a cotton bud and see if they blend out.
    Any other ideas???
