Good find. I'll have a look at that soon. I'm still toying with the idea of an amp build but another project has piqued my interest as well.

This is the board soldered up. After some chin scratching I decided to change the cathode resistor to 10w and snuggled the bleeder resistor 220k 1w from the first filter cap's + to ground. I made sure that all resistors are about 1-2mm off the board.
