I know most people don't, but I love the look of the Parker Fly. Interesting, off the wall, unique design. That said, I have just seen the bass version for the first time...
Beyond ugly.

This isn't really that ugly, but couldn't think of where else to post it.
Missing something?
'As long as there's, you know, sex and drugs, I can do without the rock and roll.'
yeah Pabs it's a nice piece of timber but the shape is a bit impractical. Reaching to the 21st fret would be a problem and if you aren't putting in a bridge pup why have that bridge plate that accomodates one. Definitely belongs in the ugly thread due to the ugly impractical shape

Didn't even notice the ridiculous neck join, the telecaster bridge with no bridge pickup did my head in. I don't mind the shape so much, it's a bit inelegant, but the colour and the bit of wood are lovely.

if the neck join was cleaned up and the cutaways were more sweeping think it would look pretty cool. Add a bridge pup and it could possibly make the beautifull guitar thread ! Agree nice colour and piece of timber. Not sure if the neck pup is supposed to be angled or was routed crooked. Don't think the angle works on this
Pabs you are only 15 posts from Overlord status ! The lounge is waiting for your arrival !

It looks like they realised the cutaways weren't deep enough to reach the frets so they've extended them with a bore bit (or something)
