    A simple jig is required to hold the rough cut plenum for machining..

    Next job is to mark out the plenum base and cut and drill the required holes...

    And Bazinga! One completed plenum ready for use

    Nice work around DB. You can reuse the plenum for any other neck pockets with a break angle

    scratch end grain pine tele - first clear coat on !
    JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
    Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck

    scratch oak.rose gum Jazzmaster - assembled needs setup
    MK-2 Mosrite - assembled - play in
    Ash tele with Baritone neck - neck pup wiring tweaks and play in

    looks excellent DB, what you routing on the router table now ? Body looks almost 50mm thick but no doubt that will come down when you shape the arch top

    Very nice. For a second I thought there was a horizontal split in the cap. Nope, trick of the light. Don't let that router smell your fear... You are the toolmaster, it is merely the tool. :P
