    Thanx more to come...Im just testing the waters here, gotta remember this was a piece of wood destined for scrap,
    this is an idea in G10 (black) its PC board Material I use it in my helicopter designs...gives a nice sharp look to it

    Now for the kicker! it may make it for some may break it for some..But I have to learn somewhere and this wood is the test run for so many ideas and practices so a big flower inlay is going in over the knott that has been the pain of my plans so now we make it pretty!

    and here we have the inlays to be ..one little one has a trench through it ooops..will recut that in the morning but I like it and its going in!

    Love the inlay idea, but are you masking some of the real character of the guitar - that big knot looks great! In light of the inlay, is it worth looking at the pup surrounds and control plate and making them more organic? Overall though, love where it is going.
