It's funny how these odd timbers seem to pop out up all of a sudden from different sources!
One of my favorite acoustic guitar luthiers is not working with Olivewood.
Here is the back of his latest build!
    Acoustics:
    1995 Maton EM725C - Solid 'A' Spruce Top, QLD Walnut B&S, AP5 Pickup
2015 Ibanez AEL108MD-NT - Laminated Spruce top, Laminated Mahogany B&S, Fishman Sonicore Pickup

    Electrics:
    Pitbull LP-1S - http://www.buildyourownguitar.com.au...ead.php?t=5745
    Carsen Superstrat Rebuild - http://www.buildyourownguitar.com.au...ead.php?t=6284

    Builds in Progress:
    Silent Guitar Semi-Scratch Build - http://www.buildyourownguitar.com.au...ead.php?t=6809

Zandit75, That is an amazing piece of olive wood, very rare to find such a full piece with no defects or imperfections. I work a lot with olive wood on a daily basis and I can tell you that is truly amazing!!!

Beautiful work mate. I'm about to start an ES Kit. How does the P90 sound in her? Did you change the pots at all?

    Hey @IRLGuitars. Thanks

ALL the hardware from the bridge to the tuners is Gotoh, and the electrics are all Vintage vibe CTS and Orange Drop caps.

The pickups are just trash but they are the easiest bit to change so my friend who this was made for can choose what he prefers when the time comes.
