Hi Joanne, love the top shot with the sun flaring across the body. Black neck & headstock sounds good too.

Just a thought, if you want your headstock logo to show up in the same silver as the body, give it a couple of coats then at least 1 or 2 clear. You could then use a stencil and start spraying black or use decal transfer paper to reverse out your logo so that the decal prints mostly black. Once applied and dried you can trim it up and then add clear coats. Similar approach used on my Swampy Tele except my silver base was nail polish.
