@ J.P. I used White Knight super gold paint and White Knight clear Rust guard. Unfortunately the clear coat really dulled the gold paint. Before the clear coats you could clearly see all the gold spec. I knew this would be the case, but you have to protect the guitar with a clear coat. I used Meguiars polishing compound. Will need another rub of polish
@ Ponch the pickguard and control plate are clear gold plastic with the mirror gold backing, have to ask Pablo will know more about it. He buys the sheets and cuts them for me ! I've already used a red mirror pickguard and blue one
