Thanks for the advice Nick. Well spotted mate, one of the DPDT connections is well dodgy. I don’t know how I missed that one, I will make sure I fix it when I wire up the output plug and Trem claw. Thanks again.

Thanks Warren, yep, Tonerider Alnico IV HB’s and an Entwistle AS 57 (Alnico V) Single Coil. As with all my guitars this one will be used at Church so I wasn’t after anything too hot. I have been very happy with all the Toneriders I’ve used so far. For the Single Coil I was trying to get something that will work well with HBs both as Dual Coils and split.

No mock up just yet, I am just waiting on some black string trees. I will start assembly tomorrow or the next day. I’ll keep you posted.

Mate, call me nuts but that is one of the nicest finishes I've seen. I think I have grown accustomed to stained tops and Nitro bursts from looking at guitars every day for the last decade, so when a simple, well applied finish like this one comes along, it's really refreshing. Can't wait to see her with clothes on.

The understated Strat. Not how I originally imagined her to be be I am still very happy how she turned out.
