Second coat after a sanding with 320. Still lighter in the photo. The grain is starting to standout nicely.
Not being a fan of high gloss finishes on timber I must defer to any of those guys mentioned by Brendan.....
The colour is looking very nice
There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....
And that blue trim really sets it off!
the contrast is gorgeouus.

That's one of my favourite colour tops for a LP and one I'll be doing in the near future, it looks stunning! Would look amazing in a deep high gloss finish but that's just my preference for shiny things. What's your actual plans for final finish?
looking great the colour Denis, you must be happy after the second coat, you may only need one more colour coat
