    nice mix of timbers Franky in the body. Hope that is your practice/test amp and you got something bigger and louder to really crank it up !

    scratch end grain pine tele - first clear coat on !
    JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
    Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck

    Completed builds
    scratch oak.rose gum Jazzmaster - assembled needs setup
    MK-2 Mosrite - assembled - play in
    Ash tele with Baritone neck - neck pup wiring tweaks and play in

    Ah, no. No that is about all the amp I have at present, sad isn't it?! I used to have a 60W Fender Super but that went bye bye a while back.

    I love the look of the natural timbers. You've given me some inspiration for something in a "Tele" like that. Great work

    @ FrankenWashie I really like the way the guitar turned out, looks cool, so what's the setup like on it?, do you reckon you'll lacquer it, or keep it as is?

    Thanks Doc. The original idea was going to be beeswax, but given that it is the FrankenWashie, I'm going to leave it raw to see how the timber itself weathers. It still needs some tweaking, neck angle is not quite spot on, and pup height needs adjusting.

    Thanks JB, I'm working on a couple like this in natural timber with DT colourless, and I've a couple of scratchies in the same vein.
