Somehow this seems to have arrived today. Must have been a slip on the mouse button.

Vintage V130. New, but with a small cosmetic flaw (visible glue line on the neck heel), so it was almost half price on eBay. £149 including postage, so currently about $262.

I bought it as my 'learn to play slide' guitar, so it's got great upper fret access and a powerful bridge P90.

"Unfortunately" it came really well set-up, with a nice low action and low nut slots, so I'll have to replace the nut so I can get a bit of height over the lower frets. Heavier strings too. Neck is slim and smooth, it has a decent length neck tenon. 'Mahogany' body and neck, though the visible body grain doesn't look like normal close grained mahogany (whilst the neck does).

Pots and knobs will get swapped out at some time; the volume and tone controls don't do a huge amount until turned right down and I don't like the slippery-smooth curves of the knobs.

I can't find any details about the WP 100-B pickup fitted apart from that it's a P90-based stacked type, so relatively hum free. It's certainly powerful and not that subtle. At some point I'll be tempted to upgrade the pickup, but it will do for now.
